My name is Alba Real and I am originally from Guatemala, I emigrated to the USA when I was 26 years old and now I am 65.
During my life I have had joys, sadness, frustrations but above all successes. I studied in Guatemala, I learn about accounting and how to become a secretary.
I lived and worked in California for 8 years and then I moved to Utah, this is where I met Loyd (my angel) she was an American-Indian who was a manager in maintenance and cleaning company and that was where my successes began, because she gave me the opportunity to learn English and work at the same time.
I am a mother of 5 children of whom I am very proud and I have been married for 38 years, I started at LBHS as a volunteer passionate about the cause, now I work in the front desk and I love my job; Serving and talking to people makes me happy and I am always open to learning more in this organization.
