Family to Family
April 19 & 20; 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
This is a program for family members, and caregivers of a loved one with an emotional condition with or without a diagnosis. The program helps significantly improve the coping and problem-solving skills of those closest to a person with a mental illness.
Naloxone Training
April 24, 2024; 6:00 p.m.
A training for people wanting to learn how to prevent, recognize, and respond to an opioid overdose.
Strengthening Families
This is a 12 week course beginning April 22, 2024; 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
A 12-week program designed to help parents and children develop happier family relationships, improve health, mental family and help reduce alcohol consumption and drugs, violence and negative behavior in young people.
Yoga and Recovery
Every Saturday, 10am-11am
A class that practices yoga and meditation for the emotional well-being of the participant
Families United in Recovery
This class is offered every other month on Friday and Saturday, 10am-6pm
This is a program for family members, significant others, and friends of people with mental health problems. The program helps significantly improve the coping and problem-solving skills of those closest to a person with a mental health condition.
SMART Recovery
Every Wednesday, 6pm- 7:30pm
SMART Recovery offers tools for recovery from any addictive substance or activity. SMART Recovery is a fresh approach to addiction recovery. SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. This is more than an acronym: it is a transformative method of moving from addictive substances and negative behaviors to a life of positive self-regard and willingness to change.
CRAFT
Every Wednesday, 6pm-7:30pm
This USARA Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) support group is a free, structured program for family and friends who are concerned about someone close to them with a substance use problem

How To Be Angry
Every Tuesday, 5pm-7pm
Our How to Be Angry class is for children, aged 6 to 12. This class focuses on helping children understand, identify, and effectively manage their emotions, particularly addressing the important aspect of anger. Simultaneously, parents will have the opportunity to participate in sessions where they acquire practical tools and strategies to provide comprehensive support to their children in mastering emotional regulation skills. This comprehensive program not only fosters emotional intelligence in children but also equips parents with the resources they need to create a nurturing environment for their child's emotional growth and well-being.
6-week course. This class is not available when Emotional Intelligence is in session.
Emotional Intelligence
Every Tuesday, 5pm-7pm
Our Emotional intelligence class is tailored for youngsters aged 6 to 12. This class offers a structured learning environment where they can acquire essential skills in recognizing and effectively managing their emotions. Simultaneously, parents will gain valuable tools and strategies to provide unwavering support to their children in their emotional development journey.
