Groups

Support groups at Latino Behavioral Health Services (LBHS) brings people together. Our support groups are culturally and linguistically responsive to the Latinx community. Support groups at LBHS offer a safe space where individuals can openly share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Support groups empower individuals to cope with their situations more effectively and build lasting community with others who can empathize through personal experience.
