How To Be Angry

April 9 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Our How to Be Angry class is for children, aged 6 to 12. This class focuses on helping children understand, identify, and effectively manage their emotions, particularly addressing the important aspect of anger. Simultaneously, parents will have the opportunity to participate in sessions where they acquire practical tools and strategies to provide comprehensive support to their children in mastering emotional regulation skills. This comprehensive program not only fosters emotional intelligence in children but also equips parents with the resources they need to create a nurturing environment for their child’s emotional growth and well-being.
