Classes

Educational classes at Latino Behavioral Health Services are important as they offer a culturally and linguistically responsive approach to mental health and substance use. These classes recognize the unique needs and challenges faced by Latinos, and provide information, tools, and resources in a way that aligns with the community. These classes effectively reduce cultural barriers and stigma around mental health, making it more accessible and relatable for people. Our classes empower individuals to make informed decisions, improve their mental health, and create a supportive network within a culturally familiar setting.
