How To Be Angry
For youth. Anger can disrupt both your surroundings and those around you if it is not managed properly. LBHS offers programs that provide anger management techniques and help with calming down and coping with difficult situations in a positive manner.
A course for young people between the ages of 13 and 18 who are dealing with a mental or emotional condition. The name, “Progression,” alludes to its purpose of empowering young people with information and tools to advance towards their dreams and goals.
