Yoga & Coffee in The Park
Yoga can help someone in recovery in several ways. First, it can help reduce stress and anxiety, which are common triggers for relapse. Second, yoga can improve sleep quality, which is important for recovery. Third, yoga can help individuals connect with their bodies and become more aware of their physical and emotional states. Finally, practicing yoga can provide a sense of community and support, which can be helpful for those in recovery.

Classes are led by Laura Hernandez y Alba Real, Saturdays from 10 am – 12 pm.
