I was born and raised in Mexico. I studied at the University of Sonora and graduated as a Biological Chemist with a specialty in Clinical Analysis. I immigrated to the United States in 1995.I found out about Latino Behavioral in 2016 and since then I have been involved in the organization either as an employee or as a volunteer.

I believe that recovery is possible and that each person has within themselves the capacity and power to heal and recover, I also believe that the support of family and friends can speed up that process. For that reason I am committed to my work with families and the community. At Latino Behavioral I have worked facilitating and creating support groups and classes that respond to the needs of our community. My favorite hobbies are: Reading, hiking, camping with my family, and watching movies.
