Amanda Martinez (She/Her/Ella) joined Latino Behavioral Health Services in the fall of 2022 as the Operations Director. Amanda brings a dynamic combination of lived experience and skills with a background as a bicultural, first generation Latina woman who is part of the LBHTQIA+ community. She is currently working on her Masters in Public Administration at the University of Utah and is expected to graduate August 2023. Prior to her work at LBHS, she worked as the Human Resource Manager of Fourth Street Clinic. Other administrative positions include the Macdonald Residence Assisted living, an Oregon based facility providing care for formerly homeless individuals. Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She enjoys baking and being creative in one form or another. She also serves on the West Side Community Review Board and the CTSI programmatic advisory commitee.
